Instructions for parents
Before using the audio guide for children
How does the audio guide work?
- At the first location (point no. 1), you open the web link that you receive to your email address upon purchase.
- The first message will automatically open on your phone as a pop-up notification.
- You hand the phone (or headphones) to the child to listen to the story and task.
- At the end of each audio content there is a hint on where to go next – your child becomes your guide!
- Important: GPS must be turned on on your phone for geolocation to work properly. When the child reaches the correct location, the new point is automatically recognized by geolocation and a new notification is displayed.
- You listen again – the story and the task continue.
What if we get lost?
If you get lost or lose your way, open the MAP or FULL ROUTE for help finding your next checkpoint. Find the next number where you left off and continue from there. You don’t have to do all the points in one day – you can explore at your own pace.
General advice for parents
- Make sure you bring water, suitable footwear and a snack - the tour is on foot.
- Don't direct your child - let them listen to your cues and guide you. It's part of the experience.
- If the child doesn't understand the clue, you can encourage them by asking, "What do you think this could be?"
- If you stop, listen again – you can repeat each recording.
- Capture the moments in photos – a child leading their parents around town is something special!
End of tour
At the last point, you'll find a surprise – a little story or thought that lingers.
You can repeat the tour anytime within seven days of purchase or recommend it to friends.
